Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular individual therapy sessions via telehealth, providing supportive and evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.

• Participate actively in the development and modification of comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that they are aligned with each patient’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including thorough progress notes that reflect their journey towards wellness, always completing these notes by the end of your shift.

• Assist clients with personal needs when appropriate, effectively orienting them and their families to available resources and support systems.

• Advocate for necessary services and interventions on behalf of patients, effectively communicating their needs to relevant stakeholders.

• Proactively report any changes in client behaviors and medical conditions to appropriate healthcare team members, utilizing strong crisis management skills.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions and group therapy, employing your expertise in marriage and family therapy to foster improved communication and relationships.

• Utilize your skills in time management and prioritization to manage a full caseload while ensuring high-quality care for all clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
