Paralegal

Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution. Responsibilities: Manage and organize workers’ compensation case files. Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties. Obtain and review medical records, employment records, and other case documentation. Assist with discovery, pleadings, filings, and hearing preparation. Track deadlines and maintain accurate case information. Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and the legal team. Qualifications: Workers’ compensation experience is required. Candidates must have prior experience supporting either plaintiff/claimant or defense workers’ compensation cases. Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation case procedures and terminology. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
