This role focuses on building dashboards, KPIs, and reports using tools such as Power BI and Palantir Foundry to deliver actionable insights and improve decision-making. The analyst transforms complex datasets into meaningful business intelligence, automates reporting processes, and enhances data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy. Experience with enhanced BI tools and applications, including Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools. Experience with SAP / SAP S4 Hana. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools. Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric. Experience taking a vision from meeting with a stakeholder to determine requirements through proof of concept to project completion with the stakeholder fully satisfied, is a must. Experience with AI and machine learning tools such as Palantir Foundry. Strong SQL and SQL backend skills; experience with Python or R is a plus. Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines for reporting and analytics. Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Job Duties & Functions Build dashboards and reports to support business visibility and performance. Analyze program schedules, sourcing data, shop floor data, and financial information. Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning. Develop and maintain KPIs to support executive and program reviews with real-time visibility. Support measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives. Enhance BI tools and systems, including Power BI and Palantir Foundry. Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable data delivery. Automate manual reporting and repetitive system processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Partner with cross-functional teams across program management, operations, supply chain, and finance. Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
