Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients during virtual sessions to assess their mental health needs and collaboratively establish treatment goals.

• Providing prevention-oriented therapy and therapeutic interventions aligned with the latest evidence-based practices.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing individual treatment plans to measure progress and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Collaborating with additional treatment providers, case managers, and community placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

• Completing documentation and session notes in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise and interpersonal skills will be pivotal in building rapport and trust with clients, enabling them to engage in their therapeutic journey fully. By providing compassionate care through telehealth platforms, you’ll help clients navigate their challenges from the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A fully licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) mental health professional.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources to serve clients effectively.

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective client interactions.

• The capacity to build meaningful relationships with clients and foster a safe therapeutic space for growth.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in telehealth or specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, or other contemporary therapeutic models will be given preference. Familiarity with various telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems can also be beneficial for delivering efficient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
