Executive Administrative Assistant

This is not a large corporate environment " we do not have layers of management or an HR department to mediate day-to-day issues. We're looking for someone who thrives in a straightforward, accountable workplace and takes ownership of their role.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, professional Executive Assistant who can support leadership and help keep our office running smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to balance taking direction with independent problem-solving.You do not need a background in finance. You do need to be comfortable speaking with clients, managing conversations confidently, and representing the firm in a polished and professional manner.Key Responsibilities:Provide executive and administrative support to firm leadershipPrepare and format documents using Microsoft Word and ExcelManage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetingsCommunicate with clients professionally via phone and emailMaintain organized files and office systemsAssist with general office operations and special projectsAnticipate needs and proactively address issues when appropriateWhat We're Looking For:Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional phone presence and client-facing demeanorAbility to take clear direction while exercising sound judgmentProblem-solving mindset " knowing when to handle an issue independently and when to ask questionsHigh level of discretion and reliabilityComfortable working in a small office environment without corporate structureThe Right FitThis position is ideal for someone who:Appreciates a small-team environmentIs self-motivated and accountableUnderstands that professionalism with clients is non-negotiableCan handle candid communication and a straightforward workplace cultureWants to be a key contributor in a growing firmIf you are organized, personable, dependable, and ready to take ownership of your role in a small but dynamic financial firm, we would love to hear from you.Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a strong fit for this position.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceStarting Salary: $50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
