Accounting Admin

Summary of Position: This role is responsible for the precise execution of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and providing operational support to our e-commerce and administrative departments. Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees in ERP system. Expense Report Review: Review employee expense report entries against outstanding company credit card charges for accuracy and completeness. Accounts Payable (AP): Set vendors up in ERP system from operations on-boarding form including W-9. Enter approved service invoices and product invoices against purchase orders where generated. Review of open payables for payment processing weekly. Accounts Receivable (AR): Set customers up in ERP system from sales credit application including sales tax exemptions by state. Assist the department with generating and distributing customer invoices and monthly statements. Process customer credit card, check and ACH payments. Operations & Administration E-commerce Management: Accurately process e-commerce orders with credit card payments. Office Operations: Maintain office supply inventory for all departments. Manage the "front-of-house" by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors at the front door. Departmental Support: Assist the Administration department with special projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience in a combined accounting and payroll role. Understanding of AP and AR workflows and their impact on cash flow. Experience with e-commerce order processing is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent Working Conditions Onsite full-time work schedule Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks (typing, computer use) Ability to move within office environment Ability to communicate effectively in meetings and customer interactions Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills for professional vendor and customer interactions.
