Work Environment

As a Nurse Practitioner at our outpatient clinic located in Trenton, you will work onsite in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to aid in the assessment and treatment of patients with varying pain management needs. Your workweek will typically consist of around 40 hours, with regular hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., coupled with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. and potential weekend community outreach events. This structure enables you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering the unique healthcare needs and preferences of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions, with a special emphasis on pain management and rehabilitation.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, providing education and resources that promote health literacy and awareness about pain management options.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations while documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and seamless communication regarding patient status.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 150,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
