Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services, customizing each patient's treatment plan to address their unique needs, goals, and limitations.
• Manage a reasonable caseload while dedicating focused time and resources to each patient, ensuring quality care.
• Utilize your proficiency in orthopedic outpatient therapies to facilitate recovery and promote functional independence.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that enhance patients' motion and mobility, primarily emphasizing evidence-based practices.
• Design and execute comprehensive care plans using a range of therapeutic techniques, regularly modifying them based on patient progress.
• Incorporate fitness and wellness components into patient care to optimize long-term health outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, instilling confidence in their recovery process.
• Continuously evaluate therapy effectiveness, documenting progress meticulously and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with outpatient clients who are recovering from a variety of conditions, including post-operative orthopedic cases, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your treatment approaches will be tailored to accommodate diverse backgrounds and specific patient needs, ensuring that each individual receives optimal care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Strong skills in multiple manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop and lead effective exercise programs.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for precise patient documentation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies and ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
