Account Manager Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus uncapped commission

Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven track record as a hunter who thrives on creating new business
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing relationships from scratch
• Strong communication skills on phone and virtual meetings
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial setting
• Coachable and willing to learn complex product offerings
• Experience selling to multiple organizational levels
• Interest in building a long-term career rather than a short-term position

Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities, focusing on schools, hospitals, stadiums, and large organizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with security, facilities, operations, and executive decision makers
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Conduct virtual and in-person customer meetings and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation
• Identify and pursue larger multi-location strategic accounts
• Represent the company professionally and own your territory with autonomy
