What You'll Do:

• Coordinate schedules, bookings, and confirmations for clients
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide timely updates
• Review details to ensure accuracy across all reservations and plans
• Assist with organizing timelines and keeping schedules on track
• Provide professional and friendly support throughout the entire process
• Maintain organized records and documentation of client interactions
• Follow up as needed to ensure a smooth and positive experience
