Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, ensuring that therapeutic goals are relevant and achievable.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and active listening skills.

• Collaborate closely with case workers, psychiatrists, and community organizations to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support across various services.

• Participate in outreach programs and educational initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness, engage with community stakeholders, and reduce stigma around seeking mental health support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele served at our community center includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will be working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, often dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your work will directly contribute to improving social functioning and fostering resilience among these communities.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required, ensuring a solid educational foundation for your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
