KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for Administrative Assistant in El Monte, CA. Responsibilities include managing telephone communications, distributing and processing inbound/outbound mail, organizing and ordering supplies and files, requesting and processing shipments with UPS/Fedex, opening sales job files, entering them into the time management program, basic job file management, filing of purchase orders, filing of completed job specific paperwork into the files, keeping track and assisting with company licensing, and assisting in other administrative duties or special projects when time permits. Requirements include proficiency in MS Word, proficiency in MS Excel, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
