Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health issues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific circumstances, goals, and therapeutic interests.

• Facilitate counseling and therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Keep meticulous records of client progress, sessions, and outcomes using our secure electronic health record system.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to coordinate care and ensure clients receive holistic treatment.

• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will engage with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families from various cultural backgrounds. You will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relational conflicts, and trauma. Understanding and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients is paramount, as it informs your therapeutic strategies and enhances rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
