Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeLong Medical Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of therapeutic practices:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments on couples and individuals to identify needs concerning relationship dynamics and family issues.

• Provide individual therapy and group sessions aimed at addressing traumas, conflicts, and emotional distress.

• Develop tailored treatment plans specific to the unique issues faced by families, including but not limited to: grief and loss, separation and divorce adjustments, job stress, communication difficulties, physical and psychological abuse, and blended family situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage actively with community resources and support systems to provide holistic treatment for clients.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies within the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults, including couples and adolescents, addressing emotional and psychological issues stemming from family dynamics. This role requires a genuine commitment to helping others overcome challenges, cultivate healthy relationships, and promote overall family well-being. The diverse clientele includes families navigating separation, blended family adjustments, and those dealing with more severe psychological issues related to abuse and trauma.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
