Business Development Manager (BD Manager)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields.
Solid working experience in business development, sales or partner management; experience in financial services or trading platforms is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange sales and the brokerage ecosystem.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Able to act prudently and professionally in a sensitive market environment.
Self-driven, result-oriented and capable of working independently.
Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
Proficient in business communication and daily work in Chinese and Mongolian, or Chinese and Kazakh. ●Partner Development: Identify, engage and nurture partnerships to boost brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
Channel Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to onboard partners, and ensure they fully understand the value proposition of our trading platform.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to discover prospective partners and assess the competitive landscape of the foreign exchange industry.
Sales Support: Provide ongoing support and resources to partners, equipping them with necessary tools to promote our platform effectively.
Compliance & Discretion: Conduct business in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain a low-profile approach in all communications and partnership activities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partners’ performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize overall results.
