Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and case conceptualizations to develop personalized treatment plans that promote significant and sustainable change in clients’ lives.

• Engage in ongoing case collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice independently as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Pennsylvania.

• A demonstrated passion for working with diverse populations and a commitment to trauma-informed care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a primary therapist or clinician in mental health settings, specifically in therapeutic relationships.

• Previous experience with evidence-based trauma treatment models is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
