This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a close-knit team dynamic. Our counselors utilize telehealth platforms to connect with clients, allowing for a seamless therapeutic experience from the comfort of their homes. We provide the necessary technology and support to ensure clinicians can effectively engage with and support clients in their mental health journeys.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' emotional and behavioral needs, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situations.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

• Document and maintain thorough and compliant client records consistent with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in community outreach events to foster relationships and raise awareness about mental health resources within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from various backgrounds presenting a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Valid independent licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
