Key Responsibilities\n

  Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

  Document all interactions and treatment plans in accordance with company policies, including ongoing assessments and progress notes.

  Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to fill behavioral health service gaps in the community.

  Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their goals, ensuring that the methods are engaging and personalized.

  Coordinate care with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding them toward healing and stability, particularly within the correctional context, where the emphasis is on rehabilitation and social reintegration.

Qualifications\n
