Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans, ensuring a structured approach to client care.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, suited to each client’s specific situation.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, resulting in improved client outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, utilizing assessment skills and intervention techniques to stabilize situations as they arise.
\n
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, thereby promoting greater understanding and reduced stigma within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinical team works with a diverse array of clients, including children, adults, families, and individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. With an emphasis on cultural competence, therapists are encouraged to engage actively with various demographics, enhancing the accessibility and effectiveness of care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to work effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills, including timely documentation of assessments and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and our organizational standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapeutic services in a community health setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation software to support efficient client tracking and reporting.

• Prior experience engaging in community outreach or educational programs related to mental health awareness is a plus.
