Our team operates primarily during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, thus promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), designed to alleviate symptoms and promote mental resilience.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to enhance understanding and foster engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Continuously monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
