Work Environment\n

This full-time position is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while remaining connected with clients through our telehealth platform. While the standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally aware mental health assessments for diverse patients to tailor individualized treatment plans that respect their unique backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, that are customized to suit each patient’s personal and cultural experiences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to empower patients in overcoming challenges and strengthening their resilience toward mental wellness.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and well-coordinated care for our patients.

• Respond to mental health crises with prompt intervention and support, effectively managing acute situations as they arise.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, discussing treatment options, and guiding them in navigating available community resources for added support.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in team case conferences, training sessions focused on cultural competency, and stay abreast of current research in mental health to enhance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is required.

• A strong understanding of mental health conditions, along with evidence-based treatment methodologies and a commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Experience delivering culturally responsive therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Outstanding crisis intervention skills and the capability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

While all applications will be reviewed, candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings or those who have worked specifically with multicultural populations will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n
