Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to perform your duties from the comfort of your home. You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring that you can maintain high standards of care while working during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborating with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs and personal goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive behavioral changes.

• Providing ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, potential treatment options, and practical self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes throughout the therapy process.

• Working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.

• Staying current with the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance clinical practice and inform therapeutic approaches.

• Maintaining thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up assessments in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Our diverse patient population means you will be collaborating with clients from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and experiences. Your role will be pivotal in providing tailored therapeutic support to help them achieve mental well-being and improved daily functionality.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A robust understanding of psychopharmacology and the capacity to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical staff.

• A proven record of delivering successful therapeutic outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
