Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the needs of each family member.

• Assess clients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues in a compassionate manner to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Address a wide range of challenges including alcohol misuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication barriers, and adjustments to life changes such as separation and divorce.

• Provide psychoeducation for clients and their families, equipping them with practical tools to navigate their issues and improve relationships.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
\n
• Participate in collaborative case conferences with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with families and couples, addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs. Your client focus will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
