Sr. Product Manager

Role Description

We aren’t looking for a traditional corporate Product Manager who spends their day moving tickets between columns or hiding behind process. We need a Product Manager who can turn ambiguity into momentum and help shape products that users genuinely love.

Your mission is to own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership to create experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes. You'll help define product vision, identify opportunities, prioritize what matters most, and ensure the team is consistently focused on the highest-impact work.

This is a remote role for someone who thrives in startup environments, embraces ownership, and is excited by the challenge of building products in fast-moving industries such as Web3, Gaming, Gambling, eSports, and other highly engaged digital communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Discovery:
  • Identify new product opportunities through customer feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and translate insights into product direction and feature development.
  • Help define and evolve the long-term product vision alongside leadership.
• Roadmap Ownership:
  • Own product planning and execution, transforming business objectives into clear priorities and actionable development cycles.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using a disciplined, outcome-oriented approach.
  • Ensure engineering and design efforts remain focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Act as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Communicate priorities, decisions, and product strategy clearly across the organization.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Use analytics, user behavior, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Measure product performance and continuously iterate based on results.
  • Balance quantitative insights with strong product intuition and user empathy.
• Product Quality & Delivery:
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure features are delivered with a high standard of quality.
  • Define clear requirements and success metrics for new initiatives.
  • Ensure launches are thoughtful, polished, and aligned with both user expectations and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience owning products in startup or high-growth environments.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping teams find clarity.
• Strong understanding of how to evaluate opportunities and prioritize effectively.
• Genuine enjoyment in understanding users and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
• Highly organized, systems-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communication with engineers and understanding of building modern web and mobile products.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments where ownership is expected and resources are limited.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Web3, Crypto, Gaming, Gambling, eSports, or consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience working with highly engaged online communities.
• Experience using Linear or similar modern product management tools.
• Strong understanding of product discovery and validation processes.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI designers.
• Ability to create wireframes, product concepts, or MVP specifications.
• Experience launching new products or major product features from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics.
