Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - Local candidates only -Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia
Duration: 12+ months contract with potential extensions

Interview Type - Either Webcam or in person

Role:
Must have 6-10 years of experience.
Leads team on large projects/programs or significant segment of large complex projects across the Technology Division.
The Project Coordinator supports the client's IBW Program, managing new building applications and compliance with existing buildings.
This role facilitates communication between building owners, the Department of Buildings, and the Fire Marshal's office, ensuring program activities follow established workflows.

Responsibilities:
Include documentation, reporting, and oversight of program deliverables.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in management or related field or equivalent experience
