Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address problems such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and job-related stress.

• Supporting clients during the adjustment phases of separation, divorce, and blended family challenges.

• Providing crisis intervention when necessary and adapting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.

• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
