Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and comprehensive psychosocial evaluations for students, identifying their individual needs and challenges.

• Develop, present, and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with the Clinical Decision and Review Process (CDRP) treatment team, ensuring feedback and adjustments are effectively integrated.

• Facilitate clinical case conferences, bringing valuable insights and updates to support team discussions regarding patient care.

• Deliver engaging educational lectures focused on chemical dependency and its implications for adolescents and their families, promoting awareness and understanding.

• Provide individual and group counseling specifically focused on chemical dependency issues and mental health support, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Conduct therapy sessions involving adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups, tailoring approaches to meet the unique dynamics and needs of each set of participants.

• Offer case management services, resource identification, and referral coordination to facilitate holistic support for families in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, you will work primarily with adolescents facing challenges related to mental health and substance use. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
