This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to offer flexible and accessible mental health counseling. You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload, which typically consists of 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Our clinic encourages clinical collaboration by providing opportunities for weekly group consultations, allowing therapists to connect and discuss cases to enhance therapeutic effectiveness. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in crisis intervention and supportive therapy, addressing immediate client needs effectively.

• Utilize telehealth technology for delivering care, ensuring compliance with electronic health record-keeping.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other clinicians to determine the urgency of client needs and the appropriate level of care.

• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, including treatment records, reports, and billing codes.

Qualifications\n

• You must hold a valid LMFT license (or Psy.D) in Pennsylvania, permitting you to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
