Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brightest Healing, you will engage in a range of critical tasks including:

• Assessing clients’ emotional and mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges.

• Employing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, or Systems Theory, to guide clients toward achieving their relational and personal objectives.

• Documenting client progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with health regulations and insurance requirements.

• Collaborating closely with fellow clinicians, including psychologists and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
