Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities designed to promote patient health and recovery. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to identify goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administering one-on-one therapy sessions with patients, managing a daily caseload of 7-8 individuals.
• Implementing treatment modalities such as electrical stimulation, hot packs, and progressive exercise programs.
• Utilizing fitness tools like treadmills, recumbent bikes, and elliptical trainers for patient warm-up and rehabilitation.
• Monitoring patient progress and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with athletes and individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, including conditions such as knee pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain, and elbow pain. Understanding the unique needs of this population is crucial to providing effective support and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A minimum of one year of proven experience as a physical therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in designing exercise regimens and employing manual therapy techniques.
• Exceptional clinical, assessment, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize patient needs in a demanding work environment.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, our employment package includes:
