Operations Specialist

Role Description

The Enrollment Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operational effectiveness of Enrollment Services through technology administration, process documentation, training support, reporting, and program implementation activities. This role serves as a key resource for enrollment systems and operational processes, helping ensure team members have the tools, resources, and support needed to effectively engage prospective students.

• Assist with the implementation, execution and deployment of best practices across the enrollment team
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures, onboarding resources, technology guides, and program-specific workflows
• Ensure documentation remains current and aligned with evolving processes, systems, and university partner requirements
• Troubleshoot system-related issues and partner with internal subject matter experts to resolve technology challenges
• Support onboarding of new Enrollment Services team members through technology and process training
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and data to internal stakeholders
• Communicate system updates, enhancements, and best practices to Enrollment Services team members
• Support users with SharePoint, Centralized Application Service (including PTCAS, OTCAS, CASPA, CSDCAS) and stay current on changes and system improvements
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to ensure technology platforms that support Enrollment Services are optimized as business needs evolve
• Support the operational setup of new academic programs across enrollment systems and technology platforms
• Act as support for admissions team as application deadlines approach
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• College Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enrollment operations, admissions operations, CRM administration, higher education administration, or a related operational role
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a service-oriented environment or university setting
