Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments using evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose psychological disorders.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

• Measure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, gathering feedback from clients and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide individual psychotherapy via both in-person and telehealth formats, ensuring accessibility for all clients.

• Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to build a strong therapeutic alliance and encourage positive client engagement.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all clinical services, including initial evaluations and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma-related issues, and grief and loss. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges while building resilience and achieving mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• State-specific Social Work Licensure is mandatory (licensed as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).

• Demonstrated understanding of various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a wide range of mental health diagnoses.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• A capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment, managing client interactions with professionalism and sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
