Job Title: Customer Contract Administration Analyst
Location: San Diego, CA (3750 Torrey View Ct)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (4 days/week onsite)
Pay: $32/hr (W2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, audit, and process customer contract packages
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute contracts
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of contract administration or contract review experience
- Understanding of contracting processes
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have:
- Audit experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOX, and compliance/regulatory controls
