Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client issues, identifying their needs and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Establish specific therapeutic objectives in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Deliver quality teletherapy sessions catering to clients' accessibility needs, ensuring that all therapy is conducted safely and securely.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards and healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate record-keeping.

• Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development projects.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with Mental Health Service Provider (MHSP) designation, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills to handle a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services or proficiency with digital therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
