We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience • Previous kitchen leadership experience preferred • Knowledge of Creole/Southern cuisine is a plus • Strong plating and presentation skills are a must • Ability to execute our established menu with consistency and attention to detail • Strong knowledge of proper cooking techniques, prep, portion control, and food safety • Ability to lead and support the kitchen team during service • Organized, dependable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment • Strong focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
