Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on relational dynamics, improving communication, and addressing underlying issues.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in moments of acute distress, ensuring quick assessment and empathy-driven response to emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to effectively tailor treatment plans that meet evolving client needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans through close collaboration with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Root Center for Advanced Recovery offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
