Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorders to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver impactful treatment.

• Educate and empower both clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance overall well-being.

• Monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and clinical advancements regarding mood disorders to continually enhance treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
