This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while accessing our clinic’s resources and support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through telehealth platforms to gather detailed information on clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to the client’s specific circumstances and preferences.

• Implement effective therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to address various mental health concerns.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans with clear goals, interventions, and progress tracking, adapting approaches as needed based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that each client receives coordinated, high-quality care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring clients' safety and well-being during vulnerable moments.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering community among clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
