Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify individual needs and develop targeted interventions.

• Collaborating with students and their families to create personalized treatment plans that consider cultural contexts and specific goals, using methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Providing therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual sessions, family therapy, and group counseling, employing solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) when appropriate.

• Delivering crisis intervention support and working closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and school staff to provide comprehensive care for students in distress.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, while complying with all applicable regulations and organizational policies.

• Educating students and their families on mental health topics, fostering their understanding of symptoms and empowering them with strategies for effective management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
