This full-time position is onsite at our outpatient therapy office in Gainesville, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personalized therapy plans for each patient, emphasizing early intervention, timely evaluations, and continual adjustment based on patient progress.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting results accurately within the scope of your licensure to inform treatment decisions.
• Perform comprehensive chart reviews and data collection to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as required.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to discuss patient histories, goals, and physical therapy needs.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about various medically complex diagnoses, necessary laboratory results, contraindications, and therapeutic precautions to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Our outpatient facility serves a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• Current Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required.
