Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Gainesville, Florida. This role is essential for enabling our patients to recover their mobility and improve their overall quality of life. Our team comprises two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), thriving on collaborative practices and shared success.

Work Environment

Our Gainesville-based practice provides a vibrant and supportive onsite setting focused entirely on patient-centric care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, which allows for a balanced work-life integration while addressing the needs of our diverse patient population. Within our clinic, we prioritize teamwork, regularly participating in peer reviews and case discussions to further enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' specific treatment objectives and establish personalized care plans based on their unique mobility challenges.
• Efficiently manage a workload of up to 2 patients per hour, ensuring high-quality, individualized attention and treatment.
• Utilize a broad spectrum of therapeutic modalities and manual techniques, integrating them into customized exercise regimens aimed at restoring physical function.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessments, ensuring that patients remain motivated and engaged throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using state-of-the-art EMR platforms such as WebPT for streamlined record-keeping.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, addressing all aspects of a patient's recovery.
• Provide educational resources to patients, empowering them to adopt healthy lifestyles that enhance their rehabilitation and long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client focus includes patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal ailments, predominantly covered by private medical insurance. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, alongside active certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license is essential.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in performing manual therapy techniques and designing comprehensive exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, and a strong willingness to engage with technological tools for patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinical role is required, showcasing expertise in patient care and therapeutic interventions.
• A strong foundation in motivational techniques and rehabilitative strategies tailored to diverse patient needs enhances the candidate's fit within our team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
