Work Environment

The rehabilitation facility is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic equipment designed to support recovery and rehabilitation. Working onsite during the typical hours of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our Physical Therapists collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians, to create cohesive treatment strategies. Our facility is designed to foster teamwork and enhance clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' mobility and overall physical function.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities and techniques to ensure cost-effective therapy, focusing on reducing reliance on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgical procedures.
• Design and manage fitness and wellness programs that cater to individual patient requirements, promoting long-term health and well-being.
• Advocate for and implement lifestyle changes that enhance patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously to track progress and outcomes comprehensively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client focus includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. By tailoring therapy approaches to each patient's specific injury or ailment, our Physical Therapists play a crucial role in facilitating recovery, enhancing mobility, and promoting independence. We work with patients of all ages, and our multidisciplinary approach considers the physical, emotional, and social factors impacting each individual's recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in a rehabilitative or orthopedic setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
• A proactive approach to patient care, with a focus on building trust and rapport.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
