Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Gainesville, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' objectives and needs.
• Manage a standardized patient load, providing one-on-one sessions to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans using diverse therapeutic techniques, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
• Utilize cost-effective therapies to enhance patient mobility and range of motion, emphasizing non-surgical interventions.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs to improve patients' overall physical condition and well-being.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey to foster engagement and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and other relevant specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary while documenting all services provided accurately.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and mobility impairments. In this role, you will interact closely with patients of varying ages and backgrounds, designing pertinent interventions aimed at enhancing their functional capabilities. Your personalized approach will be critical in building trust and achieving successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Accredited Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist without any record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in creating exercise programs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• A track record of administering effective patient-centered therapies that emphasize autonomy and functional improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating treatment effectiveness and making evidence-based adjustments to care plans.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 .
