Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Gainesville, Florida. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in assisting patients in their journey to regain motion, enhance personal functionality, and improve overall quality of life. Work Environment

This position is full-time and requires onsite attendance at our Gainesville rehabilitation facility. Our work environment is designed to promote healing and recovery, equipped with cutting-edge technology and treatment areas specifically designed for physiotherapy. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent work-life balance while allowing ample time for patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient needs and treatment goals through comprehensive evaluations and consultations.
• Maintain an optimal patient load, providing individualized attention to one patient per hour.
• Design and implement cost-effective treatment programs aimed at enhancing patient mobility and function.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to minimize reliance on medication and explore non-surgical interventions.
• Develop tailored care plans based on thorough assessments, incorporating diverse treatment methodologies.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout the treatment process, fostering a positive therapeutic alliance.
• Document all patient interactions and therapy sessions meticulously to ensure continuity of care and quality tracking.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to facilitate interdisciplinary patient management.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and treatment efficacy, making necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.
• Encourage lifestyle changes through education aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals with private medical insurance who seek rehabilitation for a variety of orthopedic conditions. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will engage with patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain ailments. You will cater to diverse needs, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and the best possible care tailored to their specific recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• No documented board actions or disciplinary sanctions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a demonstrated ability to develop effective exercise programs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

We require candidates to have at least two years of clinical experience, specifically within an orthopedic outpatient setting, where they have gained hands-on experience in managing a diverse patient caseload. Familiarity with the latest treatment modalities and rehabilitation techniques will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
