Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate each patient's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Utilize advanced software technology to objectively measure patient progress and outcomes, ensuring high-quality care standards are maintained.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and meticulously document treatment sessions, re-evaluations, and discharge notes in a timely manner.
• Engage with patients through diverse therapeutic techniques, including hands-on therapies and adaptive exercise programs, to enhance their rehabilitation experience.
• Adhere to departmental procedures and policies, while providing consistent care that meets the age-specific needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care plans that optimize patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and neurologic conditions. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that each patient receives personalized attention and tailored rehabilitation programs that respect their individual health journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in physical therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida; a temporary permit is acceptable while obtaining full licensure.
• Cerfitication in BLS/HealthCare Provider must be maintained to ensure patient safety and support emergency health protocols.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome all qualified candidates, prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy or related settings is highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and advanced outcome measurement tools will also enhance your application.
