Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to establish a baseline for rehabilitation.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, goals, and progress.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic exercises that enhance mobility, build strength, and improve range of motion, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and dry needling, to relieve pain and facilitate healing.
• Educate patients and their families on appropriate body mechanics and home exercise programs to maintain progress outside of sessions.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with orthopedic patients of varying age groups who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each patient, you will provide tailored care strategies that respect their individual circumstances and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and trust with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred. Experience in managing patients across all age ranges is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in administering various therapeutic techniques to achieve effective patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

MediPack offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
