Restore Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Gainesville, Florida. Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on patient schedule needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities, ensuring safe practice and effective progress.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques, including the development of customized home exercise programs to enhance recovery.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy under PT supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking vital metrics like range of motion and functional improvements.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain organized supplies for therapy sessions to facilitate smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring all specialists are aligned with patient treatment goals.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement, creating a nurturing and positive environment to motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights and privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
