This team operates with a high standard of accuracy and efficiency, leveraging UKG Pro to deliver reliable payroll operations at scale.What you'll be doing as the Payroll Specialist:Support North America employees, and third-party administrators from hire through retirementPerform payroll processing functions in UKG Pro using established proceduresEnsure statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are consistently metMaintain payroll records in accordance with statutory and corporate governance standardsAudit payroll data and ensure accuracy and timely processingIdentify deficiencies and recommend improvements to payroll processes and documentationThis Payroll Specialist role offers a blend of structure and operational impact. You'll play a key role in ensuring payroll is processed with speed, precision, and compliance while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.What they're looking for in a Payroll Specialist:Degree in an accounting-related field or a combination of accounting/HR education and relevant experience3-4 years of payroll experience, ideally supporting multi-state and/or union environments within North AmericaExperience with computerized payroll systems (UKG Pro strongly preferred)High proficiency in Excel and solid working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skillsThis Payroll Specialist opportunity offers the chance to be part of a collaborative payroll team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
