Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine mental health status, utilizing DSM-5 criteria to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop individualized care plans that respect the cultural diversity and unique needs of each patient. Collaborate with patients to establish goals and desired outcomes tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a range of mental health conditions.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical record-keeping using modern telehealth systems compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Work in conjunction with other health providers to coordinate comprehensive care, including referrals to specialists when needed.

• Guide and mentor new and existing team members, interns, and volunteers, fostering a culture of shared learning and support.

• Support team development through clinical reviews, chart audits, and collaborative training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with a diverse patient population, focusing on children and adolescents with mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals facing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. A sensitivity to cultural backgrounds and an understanding of developmental issues are crucial in establishing trust and rapport with your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 a year, commensurate with experience.
