Job Description
Sophisticated, metropolitan, college educated, and self-confident Senior Executive Assistant needed to support an extremely high-profile executive at a top Wealth Management firm.
\n \nAct as true partner and gatekeeper. Manage and optimize extensive and intricate calendar, and schedule meetings, organize global and domestic travel, and process expenses. Prepare briefing materials and meeting agendas. Organize leadership meetings, including locale, logistics and agendas. Conduct research while maintaining highly confidential information. Deal with extremely prominent individuals and executives with the capacity to represent on executive's behalf.
\n \nMust possess an analytical mindset, a great sense of humor/self.
\n \nBachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of supporting a Senior Executive out of a fast paced, high-performance financial services firm. experience working on the trading floor,
\n \nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite. Excel, Concur, Teams, Zoom, required.
